GNU tools: from UNIX to Windows

Windows lacks of the GNU tools that make a UNIX session powerful, but there are some projects to port these to Windows.
I don't use them, but I was asked about it so here we go.
Quoted from the homepages:
- UnxUtils: Here are some ports of common GNU utilities to native Win32. In this context, native means the executables do only depend on the Microsoft C-runtime (msvcrt.dll) and not an emulation layer like that provided by Cygwin tools.
- GnuWin32: GnuWin32 provides Win32 (MS Windows 95 / 98 / ME / NT / 2000 / XP / 2003 / Vista) ports of tools with a GNU or similar open source license.
A long time ago, Free.fr released within their connection CD a bundle of various UNIX tools 4 Windows.
